Portoformia Mobile Markup™ allows you to view your monthly proformas, create annotations, and submit them to your accounting department. Now dealing with stacks of printed documents is over thanks to the flexibility of working in a mobile environment. All it takes is a connection to the internet. Mobile Markup is so easy to use that even if you lose connectivity, you can still work on your proformas and when you reestablish an internet link, your changes will be automatically uploaded to your billing department.
Used in conjunction with the Portoformia™ Document Management Server, proformas are delivered to your iPad as soon as they are created by the billing department. Proforma PDF’s are encrypted in transit and on your tablet so theft or loss of your device will not compromise security and confidentiality.
